Immersa nel verde dei colli tuderti sorge
la struttura che nel lontano
1200 fu la residenza
delle Reverende monache dell'antico
ordine
delle Lucrezie. Il Casale, completamente
ristrutturato, conserva particolari
dell'epoca
come mura in pietra e soffitti
con travi
a vista che, insieme all'arredamento
in stile,
conferiscono agli ambienti un'atmosfera
calda
e rilassante. A fare da cornice
al casolare
è il paesaggio, costituito da
un mosaico
di oliveti, campi arati, vigne,
prati e boschi
con l'antica città di Todi a
fare da sfondo.
Per gli ospiti sono a disposizione
confortevoli
camere e graziosi appartamenti
indipendenti,
dotati di bagno privato, riscaldamento
autonomo,
TV ed un'ampia piscina da cui
si gode un
magnifico panorama. La colazione
all'italiana,
con torte, marmellate fatte in
casa e prodotti
tipici locali, viene servita
in ampi saloni
e, su richiesta, si propongono
soluzioni
per il pranzo e la cena. L'agriturismo,
che
fa parte di un'azienda agricola
che alleva
animali, coltiva cereali, olivi
e vigneti,
si trova a 350 m s.l.m. ed è
facilmente raggiungibile
dalla superstrada E45 (uscita
Todi-Orvieto)
dalla quale dista solamente 2
km. Data la
centralità della posizione geografica
in
cui la struttura è ubicata, le
città più
belle e culturalmente più importanti
dell'Umbria
quali Perugia, Assisi, Spoleto,
Orvieto e
Todi distano solo pochi minuti
di viaggio.
The structure rises up amidst
the green vegetation
of the hills which surround Todi;
in the
long ago 1200's, this was the
residence of
the Reverend nuns of the ancient
Order of
the Lucrezias. The fine old country
building
has been completely restructured
and still
preserves some of the details
of that distant
epoch, such as its stone walls
and wooden-beamed
ceilings; the period furnishings
also contribute
to giving the rooms a warm and
relaxing atmosphere.
The country house is set in the
backdrop
of a landscape composed of a
mosaic of olive
groves, ploughed fields, vineyards
and woodlands
with the ancient town of Todi
in the distance.
Our guests have at their disposal
comfortable
rooms and pleasant independent
apartments
with private bathrooms, independently
controlled
heating, TV and a large swimming
pool from
which they may enjoy a magnificent
panorama.
The Italian style breakfast,
with cakes,
home-made jams and typical local
products
is served in spacious rooms and,
upon request,
lunch and evening dinner may
also be organised.
The agriturismo establishment,
which is part
of a farm which breads animals,
cultivates
cereals, olives and vines, is
located at
350 m above s.l. and is easily
reached from
the E45 superstrada dual carriageway
(exit
Todi-Orvieto), which is just
2 km away. Our
establishment is also strategically
placed
geographically for reaching the
most beautiful
and culturally important cities
and towns
of Umbria such as Perugia, Assisi,
Spoleto,
Orvieto and Todi which may be
reached in
a short time by car.
Inmitten der grünen Hügel um
die Stadt Todi

13. Jh.
die Residenz der Ehrwürdigen
Schwestern des
alten Ordens "Ordine delle
Lucrezie"
war. Das vollkommen renovierte
Landhaus bewahrt
Besonderheiten der damaligen
Epoche, wie
Mauern aus Stein und Decken mit
sichtbaren
Balken, die dem Ambiente gemeinsam
mit der
stilgerechten Einrichtung eine
warme, erholsame
Atmosphäre verleihen. Das Landhaus
wird eingerahmt
von einer Landschaft, die sich
mosaikartig
aus Olivenhainen, gepflügten
Feldern, Weinbergen,
Wiesen und Wäldern zusammensetzt,
mit der
alten Stadt Todi im Hintergrund.
Den Gästen
stehen komfortable Zimmer und
ansprechende
unabhängige Wohnungen zur Verfügung,
mit
privatem Bad/WC, autonomer Heizung,
TV und
einem großen Schwimmbad, von
dem aus man
ein herrliches Panorama genießt.
Das italienische
Frühstück mit Kuchen, hausgemachten
Marmeladen
und typischen lokalen Produkten
wird in großen
Sälen serviert. Auf Anfrage werden
auch Lösungen
für das Mittagessen und das Abendessen
angeboten.
Der Agritourismus gehört zu einem
landwirtschaftlichen
Betrieb, der Tiere züchtet und
Getreide,
Oliven und Wein anbaut, und er
liegt 350
m ü. d. M.. Er ist leicht von
der Schnellstraße
"Superstrada E45" (Ausfahrt
Todi-Orvieto)
zu erreichen, von der er nur
2 km entfernt
ist. Aufgrund der zentralen geographischen
Lage der Struktur sind die schönsten
und
kulturell bedeutendsten Städte
Umbriens,
wie Perugia, Assisi, Spoleto,
Orvieto und
Todi, in wenigen Minuten Fahrt
zu erreichen.
